Report on Formal Comments
We are pleased to share with you the Report on Formal Comments, containing all formal comments received for the revised NFSS of Malaysia, compiled after a minimum 60-day public consultation period from 1 April to 31 May 2021. In summary, a total of 65 individual comments from 10 individuals/organisations were received from stakeholders comprising those mainly representing environment and economic interests as well as government bodies. Majority comments were specific to the Principles, Criteria, Indicators and Verifiers while some comments received were on the Annexes and general comments. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who took the time to provide us with their comments/feedback on the revised NFSS.

Submission of revised NFSS of Malaysia to FSC International on 8 July 2021
The revised NFSS of Malaysia has been submitted to FSC International, the final and approved version of which will be published once it receives the endorsement of the FSC Policy and Standards Unit.
